Homemade muesli

It’s time for a recipe, and when it comes to muesli and breakfast dishes, homemade is always the best! Most cereals that come from the supermarket and out of box, have more nutrients in the box than the cereal, and certainly the box would be healthier for you. These mass produced cereals are so high in sugars and processed grains that your body doesn’t recognise them as food, and no sooner do you eat them than you get a mid morning energy slump.

In contrast, this delicious homemade muesli provides healthy whole grains, carbohydrates, proteins and unsaturated fats to boost your energy reserves and meet your bodies nutritional needs. You will enjoy sustained energy all morning on this well balanced and delicious meal.
